Heartbeat

We can't live without a heartbeat, but we don't always stop long enough to hear it.

That's what this space is for, it's what I hope it becomes. My hope is that it's a space where I can vulnerably share my heartbeat, and where you can start listening to yours. It won't be enough if all you hear is mine, it's got to stir something within you. If you walk away and can't feel your pulse, then the space hasn't accomplished its purpose.
