Turmeric & Ginger Root

Inflammation, icky belly, brain fog, weak immune system. You name it, a shot of this will work some magic. I am obsessed with both turmeric and ginger, and try to add as much of them to my diet as possible.

Both turmeric and ginger are roots. They have been used for centuries in Eastern cultures, and are beginning to be used and loved in the wellness community in Western culture. I love that roots from the Earth are known and used to remedy ailments in our bodies. I see direct results in inflammation and digestion when I am regularly incorporating these roots in my diet.

My favorite form is a shot, like the one pictured. They are strong and burn a little, but can aid almost any ailment when juiced and paired with lemon, cayenne or coconut water.
