May Thai | Seattle

Personally, I vote this the best Thai restaurant I’ve had in America.

This is big news coming from a major Thai enthusiast. And after living there for 8 years, I tend to be critical.

I’ve ordered the Cashew Chicken, Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, and the Pad Gra Pow. All of which taste very authentic, tasty, and settled well with my sensitive belly. They care about honesty when it comes to gluten and soy free, and they cook with integrity. The spices are authentic and very true to Thai taste (which is saying a lot considering most US Thai restaurants use jalapeno…)

I wish I could eat it more than just when I’m in Seattle. If you find yourself in the adorable neighborhood of Wallingford, this place is a MUST.

Scratch that, if you find yourself in Seattle at all then this place is a must. :)
